Dark ruby color in the glass. Raspberry, cassis, chocolate and mint on the palate. Very full bodied with medium, nicely integrated tannins. Still plenty of backbone however. Wish I had ano5er bottle or two.

Singing right now. Deep, ruby color in the glass. Floral bouquet on the nose upon opening. Raspberry, cassis, chocolate, mint and a bit of cedar on the palate. Elegant and nicely balanced with well integrated tannins. Full bodied with a 30 second finish. This will last another five years but at least for my taste, is unlikely to get any better.
This needed air. Decanted and aerated for 60 minutes before tasting. However, it was more than 90 minutes before this really opened all its layers. There was a bit of stale earthiness up until the 90 minute mark that suggested this was over the hill but that was not the case.

Deep dark venter, red rim with surprisingly only modest signs of age. Sweet black cherries, cassis, some cumin and coriander, toasty oak, alcohol present. Smooth and mature, quite Napa, roasted black cherries and blueberries, very round, toasty oak, some green pepper, modest acid and tannin, alcohol is well covered, ash, very good length. Excellent Napa Cab, drinking very well now.

Strong cherry flavors. Decanted for 2-1/2 hours. Frankly I was somewhat disappointed.

Wow! Decanted for 2 hours. Dark cherry on the nose and palate. Well balanced and good mouthfeel.
