  Truly spectacular and almost certainly in a sweet spot. Deep garnet color. Full of fruit with a hint of tobacco, mushroom and forest floor. Smooth, integrated tannins on the finish. This was the highlight of a flight of 1989 birth year, California Cabs served in celebration at the wedding of son Matt and his bride Molly, both born in '89. Also served were magnums of '89 Silver Oak Bonny's Vineyard, Freemark Abbey Estate Cabernet and Diamond Creek Lake Vineyard. Provenance was known and exceptional as I purchased the Bosche from the winery cellar almost 7 years ago.
