Big, robust, full bodied with flavors of blackberry, sour cherry, tar, eucalyptus. A classic old style California Cab. Nicely integrated tannins somewhat diminished in the two years since my last bottle. Ready to drink and IMHO at peak.

2 hours slow ox. Almost no sediment. Blackberries & overripe black cherry and cream/vanilla. Some touches of slightly sour red fruits after mid palate. Very smooth. I doubt this will be like the Bosches of the 70s and 80s that were built for 3 decades of aging, but this wine might still be in fine form until the latter 2020s.

Spectacular WOTN. Deep, brooding and balanced. Aroma of lavender and ripe berries upon opening. Sour cherry, plum, cassis, tar, clove, mint and dark earth on the palate. Grippy tannins suggest this will last another ten years. However at this point, it becomes a question of preference. Do you prefer fresh, fruit forward wines or earthier aged wines. This is certainly ready to be drunk. Full bodied with long legs and a long lingering finish.

Nice classy cab. Never would have guessed 2010 vintage as this was so smooth and balanced. That said, not super memorable but very enjoyable. Cassis and black cherry fruit with some spice and cedar notes. Nice finish.

Good bit of green pepper and olive. Surprising for this vintage. Fruit is there but losing its punch. Drink now.
