The nose is initially very green, with white pepper and damp forrest floor. Then comes the christmas spices and creme de casis.
The palate is very much alive with great structure with still present tannins. The Black Currant, dark berries (blackberries and ripe cherries) arr kicking its way through the dry forrest floor. Really incredible. Just a Classic example on how The Cabernet grape is when matured.
This is nowhere near done. But should be drunk within the next 3 years.

After the initial "fart-off" the rich character of the Cabernet emerges. Green pepper, olive, some underlying blueberries and chocolate pops right up and lingers there for quite some time.
Decanted for 1.5 hour and it just kept going stronger and stronger - the bottle was in prestine conditions.
Definitely a big recommend for every one! It's at its peak now and will stay there for properly 2-5 years.

Pale garnet with a darker core. Lovely pure blackcurrant fruit nose with delicate freshly roasted coffee bean aromas in the background. Mature and very elegant with silky smooth fully integrated tannins, ripe black fruits and subtle toasted oak. Drinking perfectly with a beautiful balance and depth of flavour. Excellent.

Mint, smoke, tobacco and some tomato leaf. Nice length and resolved tannins.
