This was a little harsh out of he gate, but after a couple of hours (decanted) I really enjoyed it. Really full mouth, plenty of nose; a lingering astringency on the finish, but really full and nice ride.

Agreeing with the last note, this bottle was fantastic, but I paid $45. A steal! Aromatics included red fruit, truffles, oak, and floral notes, with Bordeaux like elegance. It definitely evolved with air and I would not decant because it's a delicate wine.

Got this at a Zachy's auction. Part of a 90's collection of cabs. I Coravin'd it and initially thought it was corked. But after letting it sit for a 30 minutes, the funkiness dissipated, and what remained was a perfectly drinkable aged cab, a bit fruit forward and a bit one dimensional for my taste though.

We won this in an auction. Now I know why. Not corked, but so far past its prime it was no longer drinkable.
