The wine is clear, with deep ruby color, and thick legs. On the nose the wine is clean, with medium aromas of dried fruits, dried fig, black forest fruits, black berries, fresh peppery meat, fresh green herbs. On the palate the wine is dry, with medium plus acidity, medium plus ripe tannins, medium plus alcohol, medium plus body, medium plus flavors of fresh spices, fresh red ripe fruits, plums, black berries, fresh peppery meat. The wine is of a very good quality, due to its weight and depth, being youthful at time of tasting, slight closed and green, but with good concentrated fruit. Can benefit from further aging, in order to mild down a bit tannins and to expose more of the secondary aromas and flavors.

From the same event,
Coravin, then opened, giving a great amount of tar, sooth and chimney aromas, high tannins, still a baby.
Good acid and more fruit along the days of opening, not for the faint hearted... not our style of Syrah, but a great style of Shiraz :)
alongside descendant, mount edelstone, and dry red 2 from YY ...
