Union Grands Crus Bordeaux (UGC) 2020 Tasting (Hangar 14, Bordeaux): Cool entry, with mid-weight mid-palate and good round juicy, spicy finish. Fine for the vintage

On the palate earthy with mint, grapefruit, bit of orange
Full bodied, great wine, strong acidity, smooth tannins
I had this recently in France, vintages 10 years apart, twice I was impressed 2023-06-10

By the glass. Mouth-watering acidity that cleanses the palate. Red fruit. Super-tasty, subtle Bordeaux that isn’t trying to rip your face off with tannin or oak character. Nice.

醒酒三个小时，中宝石红紫色，闻香有杨梅，醋栗，李子，草本植物的青味和泥土气息，果香非常的活泼，酸果的香气很提神。入口酸度中高，单宁细腻，量大有些糊嘴，李子、醋栗一类的黑果香气，雪松，草本的青味，一些石墨气息，风格优雅，口感平衡，果实充满能量感，后段有一点酒精感，余味香草奶油。风格严肃内敛的一款酒，口感干净，大气中透着平和，活泼的酸度和果味带来漂亮的结构感和前面的酒款中难觅的一种鲜活感。即便年份还很新，现在还没到适饮期，喝起来也令人十分享受，完整的表现诠释了一支高质量波尔多的水准。
