  We had the first glass about thirty minutes after pulling the cork. The first glass was pretty tight, with little aroma and a muted taste, however, there was some acidity there, so I had some hope. The wine had a noticeable brown hue, so we weren’t sure whether the wine would develop. The cork pretty much disintegrated while pulling it out, which also made us wonder how the wine had fared. The second glass was about ninety minutes after pulling the cork, and the taste and aroma started to develop. This could be very good!
