Again, this was another questionable wine, but upon opening, wonderful aromatics and complex aroma. Licorice, mineral, iron, hay/grass. Quite a bit of life left in this. Drink to 2020+.

This is drinking very well and I would never guess '93 if served blind(though I like to think that I would guess Pauillac as it screams it on both nose and palate). Certainly doesn't have the power or the structure of the better vintages, but it's a nice one to drink while you're waiting for your 95s and 96s to come around.

A vertical tasting of Château Duhart-Milon 1975-2012 (Restaurant Vineum, Rotterdam, NL): Clearly the best wine of the trio 91-92-93. It is light and the acidity is a bit nervous, but it has some crisp fruit, the oak has a nice supporting role, the tannins are drying, but the finish is attractive and floral. I quite like this.
