(Corison Cabernet Sauvignon Kronos Vineyard) Here, the fruit is more immediately apparent and warmer—more cherry pie than fresh cherry. The tannins are firm and fine, and there is more cushion to the mouthfeel. Although gorgeous now, the wine needs more time in the bottle to reveal itself. Terroir: Kronos Vineyard
