  Flott fullmoden nese. Ganske tertiær, og viser tertiære toner av gass/røyk og kamfer. I tillegg har den en begynnende tørket aprikosfrukt og det som virker som en touch botrytis.
  
  Frukten er i god behold i munn. Har en svak og nesten helt integrert sødme. Fortsatt høy syre.
  
  En kul moden Spätlese godt inne i sin mest utviklede fase, men virker ikke å være på vei ned. Tipper den kan holde seg på dette stadiet i mange år til.

  Wine tasting and dinner with Sofia Thanisch at Corney & Barrow HO, London. With dinner.
  Retains a bright youthful colour. Slightest hint of diesel and considerable herb on the nose. Very focussed flavour of baked russet apple and charred pineapple, off-dry with a good core acidity still present. Very fine indeed.
  À point and for drinking over the next five years or so on this showing.
