  A very nice mature off dry wine that went well with a variety of fish and shellfish chinese dishes @ byob dinner. Medium yellow in color. Nose of slate and honey. Balanced subtle sweetness on the palate with mineral and floral elements and that mature hint of gasoline. Lacking in acidity and steel, but very good nonetheless.
