Sight: Orange-yellow color; low viscosity Nose: Pears and creme brulee Taste: Awesome. Lacking acidity...which is good - I guess I mean that the acidity is quite in balance. Pears and honeysuckle make their debut on the palate as well. Overall: Excellent wine. 92-93 points.

ERI Pre Auction tasting (union league club, chicago IL): nose: wonderfully balanced and evolved nose of necatarines, sweet apricot, creme brulee, honey, and citrus tones
taste: great smokey toned creme brulee notes, with honey, nectarines, and sweet citrus tones
overall: a wonderful and evolved sauternes. Great length and feel with a very delicious creme brulee finish
