Bottled 2022. One of my favorite kopke colheitas that’s still affordable for a >40yo tawny- this shows well against the NV graham 40 and Quinta de pacheca 40 (2020 bottling) and even the kopke 50 (2022 bottling) and out competes all three of these personal favorites for QPR at $135 btl. Check the bottling date as some were bottled younger (2015-6)- great soft caramel and molasses with long finish-

2022 Port Harvest Tour; 9/22/2022-10/2/2022 (Porto, Portugal): Amber-orange in color. This wine has enticing aromas of orange spices, dried fruits, and subtle light vanilla notes. It has an incredibly rich flavor profile with fantastic waves of complexity, featuring vibrant orange, torrefacted sugars, and dried red fruits that dance across the palate. The wine's exceptional complexity is complemented by fantastic acidity, culminating in a very long and satisfying finish.

Pre-Tour - 2021 FTLOP Harvest Tour; 9/20/2021-9/25/2021 (Porto, Portugal): Bottled in 2021. Orange-amber in color. Vanilla, caramel, and dried citrus on the nose. Super smooth mouthfeel with vanilla caramel and orange spice all extremely well balanced. Richness and intensity, leading into an extremely long, complex, and beautiful finish.
