At Monopole: stunning, elegant, smooth, subtle, with hidden surprises. This wasn't as obvious stunner at first, but after a little time with it, and comparing with the '66(more impact), it was perfectly balanced with almond paste, light caramel, dried nuts, tea, dried flowers. Incredible, and still going. Bottled 2009.

Drank at Christmas 2010. Colheita was bottled 2002. Popped and poured. Didn't know what to expect for this 63 yrs old Port. Nevertheless everything came along. What a bouquet, light brown Port, good acid, nice long legs. What a surpise. WOTN.

FTLOP 12th Anniversary; 7/21/2017-7/23/2017 (Seattle, Washington): Bottled in 2014. Amber-brown and color. Subdued woody notes on the nose. Burnt sugar and honey on the full palate. Balanced acidity on the mid-palate and long finish. Well-integrated wine.
