Foundation Fundraiser Dinner (Petra and the Beast, Dallas, TX): Aromas of honeysuckle, minerals, ripe apples and mild pineapples. Apples, pears, healthy dose of minerals on palate with some hints of herbs. Very nice acids. Great balance between the fruit, minerals and acid.
