  Great with Easter dinner ham. Drinking extremely well at present.

  First look in at this beauty in 4+ years and it does not disappoint. A linear citrus core is rounded out with crisp apple, white peach, tropical fruit, floral honey notes, talcum powder and plenty of slatey minerals. Excellent balance between acidity, fruit and sugar, and while very much a Kabinett, this has good weight on the palate. Drunk over three days and it was fairly open from the get go but fully open after couple of hours in the decanter and then didn’t shift much over three days. Killer stuff.

  Had at dinner with friends,
  
  Distinct Petrol and citrus peels on the nose, lovely notes of slate and honey scented candles,
  
  Showing very little signs of age or decline, everything in perfect balance, very perfectly balanced sweetness to high acidity.

  Tellement mais tellement du bonbon !
  La finesse de ce Riesling est superbe, fruits tropicaux, acidité +, équilibre impeccable, la bouteille ce vide très rapidement.
