  Honeydew, lovely minerality, more mineral than the 2019, petrolic wax, sheened in honey but well balanced.

  ripe if not plump, balanced by mineral vs rs, savory, easy acid, and delicious right now. i like lean and mean Kabinett, but this is "grey" enough in character to offset the vintage
