December 22, 2023 - Honeydew, lovely minerality, more mineral than the 2019, petrolic wax, sheened in honey but well balanced.

May 7, 2023 - ripe if not plump, balanced by mineral vs rs, savory, easy acid, and delicious right now. i like lean and mean Kabinett, but this is "grey" enough in character to offset the vintage
