  Press restaurant in St. Helena with Beak and Bil.
  
  Gorgeous nose of earthy and aged cab.
  
  The fruit is all dried with loads of earth and herbal notes. Almost a hint of tar and asphalt with some fig notes.
  
  Finish is clean and acidic. There is little to no alcohol on the palate. what a gorgeous, old example of Napa cab. If this was a current Napa cab I would drink tons.

  Wow do I love older well produced Napa Cab's. RH Cabernet is an explosion of aromatic fruit with the gusto to not let the palette down. Aged off the vine ground picked blackberries and blueberry fruit with nearly no sign of alcohol. Just a fabulous expression of aged Cabernet.
