A bit flat and probably past its prime. Not "bad", but didn't have much to offer. Last bottle I have, so I suggest you drink up if you have it. Muted nose.

56 CS/ 41 Mer/ 3 Petit Verdot Surprisingly fresh with classic notes of pencil shavings and graphite. There is some fruit, but it has a lithe, lean structure finishing exquisitely. Showed much better than anticipated. CHP 93 pts

Based on unenthusiastic memories and notes of a previous bottle drunk in 2010, I was expecting little from this and was pleasantly surprised. Colour was still quite deep with little bricking and the nose showed a discreet but delightful Margaux fragrance. The palate was quite small and not very long but it was round not thin and showed the fragrant fruit laced with minerals and forest floor which the nose promised combined with fine acidity and resolved tannic structure. It displayed discreet class and went very well with fillet steak simply presented with mushrooms and fennel. Good.

A bit light & flat. Average nose tasting. Musty and hints of iron palate. Palate seem to be unbalanced. Don't really enjoy it at all and had to stop drinking it after a glass.
Not recommended for those who are into palate seeking rich in berry, fruity taste.

Aromas of mocha and mint. However, unbalanced and poorly persistent. Reasonable, but below my expectations.
