Pale color. Subdued, deep nose. Lovely, smooth, round initial mouth feel. This gives a sense of a somewhat simple flavor profile followed by delicate acidity over a moderate to long finish. However within that round, smooth, sieemingly simple profile lies a tantalizing electricity that elevates the experience and score. Not sure where this is going. But right now it is pretty good!
