Used the Durand on extra long cork that was susceptible to dryness. Gentle decant off the residue. Deep crimson with tawny orange rim. Elegant, mature nose. All tertiary fruit. Medium plus body. This is declining but definitely still drinkable. Served with osso buco & parmesan risotto.

Beautiful! Fully mature now, but I expect this to maintain this level for a good 10 years. Leather, camomile, plums, dense, rich and very long. Such a great wine!

More Cali Cab than the more elegant Togni 94. A bit broad in the finish but still lovely fruit and intact structure. 94-95
