  Pèche, gousse de vanille, miel, florale, nez en fraîcheur, un vin d'une grande intensité aromatique, acidité moyenne, difficile d'identifier le cépage/région. J'étais possiblement en Rhône sur une cuvée présentant plus d'acidité que la moyenne. Mais non, superbe sauvignon-blanc américain !

  Excellent wine. Some oxididization as expected. Enjoyable wine with notes of crème brûlée, vanilla, lemon curd. Perfect with my bouillabaisse!

  So Oxidated that we couldn't drink it and it went down the drain. Ironically we opened a 2014 Clouds Rest Sauv Blanc Dutton Ranch and it tasted youthful in comparison!
