  • More or less the same as my last note - a bit more lime and kerosene - really intense palate and long long mineral laden finish, bone dry and mouth-watering. This is aging at a snail's pace - will likely go another 20 years or more. 35 year old vines. Screw cap.

  • Clear Pale lemon in colour. Clean med intensity nose. Tart apple, lemon, and some petrol. Dry, med + acidity, med body, low alcohol, med + intensity of Tart apple, lime, and minerality. Overall nicely balanced. Paired with chicken curry dish, and it was perfect. Curry helped enhance the fruit in the wine.

  • Pale yellow - nose is all citrus and minerals perhaps a faint hint of petrol - palate is tart apple and lemon zest, with a penetrating lemon finish that lasts close to a minute - at this point requires food to absorb the acidity - there is also a supporting mineral aspect that gives it spine and delineation, almost chalky - but it also feels fully ripe - I think that this might flesh out and re-focus over the next 3-8 years.

  • Very pale colour. Lovely sweet crude petrol gravely peach nose. (Take no prisoners) searing lime nectarine, minerally long lasting finish. This is a bone-dry Eden Valley oz style Riesling with many years ahead of it. Bravo

  • Very light, almost green color. Amazing acidity, was probably the most memorable thing about the wine. It reminded me of an Austrian riesling - very stony / flinty and bone dry, but lacking the fruit and deliciousness that I find in German rieslings. If this is your style, then you'd probably rate this 1-3 points higher. It's very well made and was a pleasure to drink with dinner.
