Pale gold color Nose light on fruit, clear petrol but not unpleasant/burnt type Reasonably rich in the mouth, definitely granny smith but lacking much complexity. Tart finish, very drying. This was an experiment in aging this wine, will be v selective of any new vintage if I think of ageing a case in the future.

Well balanced confection of lime, Granny Smith apple, gossamer marmalade with mid weight texture and lingering minerally finish. Everything was in balance. Zen
