Clear light yellow with hints of grey. Intense Riesling nose. petrol. water chestnut, lime, apple and pear candy. Semi ripe. Delicious lemon lime and spiced pear flavours and a very dry finish.
Equal to great New World Rieslings like Grosset Polish Hill or Henshke.

Light yellow. Textbook Germanic nose of apple, petrol, cocconut and lime. I detected a little mineral as well. Kabinett level sweetness. Really an interesting wine. This could be the best Canadian wine I've ever had. Complex.
