  A gift for New Year's Eve!
  
  Color: medium dark amber gold... very attractive in the glass
  
  Aroma: dried flowers, herbs, and tropical fruit. A touch of coconut and lychee.
  
  Body and flavor: medium-full body; residual sugar 68 grams/liter well-balanced with acid. Dozens of flavors -- warm spice; tropical fruits; lychee and coconut.
  
  Aftertaste: long lingering clean finish, not cloying.
  
  Paired with pear ricotta tart with pistachio crust! Hot stuff!
  
  Continued to drink small portions of the wine over several days... did not lose its acid, but exposure to air created just touch of oxidation. Added brunt or caramelized sugar to aroma and flavor.
