for about 15 minutes, then ox's to crazy $h|+. Perfect for incipient Thanksgiving with cream sauce, some of those pearl onions, everything but the thawed peas and annual cranberries, as long as you guzzle it a hundred miles an hour. Vanilla pear, white peach, bacon fat, jasmine, salt, a bit too creamy for its own good, made for AYCE flammenkueche chains. 20 minutes later, sandalwood is the most charitable descriptor from a choice of acetone, sweatsox, ammoniac cheese, peanuts, wool, and worst of all, Manipulated. @$5 a bottle at Huntington W&S, well, maybe not the deal of the century
So apparently there's this thing called Coravin
I'll just let that self-indictment sit there by itself a few seconds longer
Where was I? Oh yes, while perhaps one Doesn't spend $200 to rescue 8 year-old entry level pinots gris, I could Shirley have used one for this and a Post Scriptum a few months back. But I don't have one, so it's into the chicken pot with you, Ralph Steadman Alsatian stereotype Guy!

My wife and I discovered this tasty, refreshing Pinot Gris in a flight of whites at a restaurant. Both of us liked this a lot, and the price is reasonable enough to be one of our "everyday" wines. We've bought several bottles of this and plan to keep some on hand for the foreseeable future.
