  Very pale yellow colour. Fruity bouquet and flavours of peach and coconut come through. Not dry like a typical Pinot Gris. Interesting take but wouldn’t be good for someone expecting a tart and dry wine.

  Very stereotypic of Alsatian Pinot Gris. Slightly acidic, refreshing, and floral. Great value.
