Remarkably pale yellow colour. So young! Hint of orange semillon. So clean and just fantastic. Astonishing longevity.

Acker's 1970's Holiday Champagne Dinner (Atera - 77 Worth Street in NYC): Nice and fresh and some caramel and some apple and overall quite enjoyable again. This producer manages age very well.
A vintage of CdC that I've never had before. Absolutely brilliant.
Drinking really well. Showing its maturity but a very good bottle.
Charity Event - French Tasting (Restaurant Daniel): rich and yeasty, lost some fizz, interesting and sauterne like in some respects but a bit past prime for my taste
