Right out of the bottle, I was a bit concerned because it was not all that pleasant to drink. After an hour with the cork off the bottle and chilling it from 55F to something around 45F (refrigerator temperature), the wine tasted as crisp as I remember it. Definitely needs to be chilled to taste good.
I've rated this wine higher in the past and I think the difference is due to fickle taste preference rather than bottle variation. The wine smacks your mouth full of bitter grapefruit which can be downright refreshing, but it is not something that always appeals to me and I guess it didn't appeal to me today.

Didn't drink as well at home as I remembered at the vineyard.

Nice, crisp, good balance of fruit and acidity. Very happy with this one. My favorite American Sauvignon Blanc at this point.
