1980s Ridge Jimsomare Vertical: Blood red color with slight bricking. Almost a chalky like cherry tums aroma, mineral nose. Herbal red pepper, expanding nose, deep ad rich fruit. More of the intense vegetal elements in the mouth, red pepper like, less greenness. Even some game like characteristics, the most complex of the bunch, just didn't have the fruit or balance to support the other elements.

A bit thin and far past it's best. Interesting mainly for being a birth year wine for a friend.
