Color: Light golden yellow. Aroma: Grapefruit, pear, salmon, asparagus. Taste: Entry: buttery smooth. Mid-palate: Lemon, citrus, refreshing, concentrated, not watery. Light-honey lemonade. Finish: Butter, clean lemon peel, white pepper. Great, full-bodied, high acid & refreshing wine. Paired very nicely with Chinese Sichuan spicy food.
