  • Fascinating wine. I left a glass for the following day and it was even better. Complex with great length. Delicious wine.

  • My last and best of these, with a solid cork that came out easily. Sheer elegance, with an irresistible, velvety texture. A clean, creamy nose. Notes of marzipan, lemon oil and honeysuckle. A treat indeed.

  • Brought to drink at Oinoscent

The wine shows bright golden color
The wine is spectacular in the nose, very ripe stone fruit, tropical fruit, elegant oak frame, spicy, ethereal, buttery and nutty
In the palate, the wine shows bright character, oily texture, nice acidity, still fresh, tropical fruit, some honey and light syrupy notes, glorious, mind-blowing, mineral, thinner oak frame here, never ending finish
Outstanding quality. Marsanne (with a touch of Roussanne probably) at its finest ? Why not ?
Fantastic wine with still a long time ahead

  • Friday Night Double Blind Semi-Mondo $80+ (Bin 75 Alpharetta, GA): Deep golden, aged; apricot and peach, aged, dry, very mineral, a touch higher alcohol, waxy, lower acids, very interesting; '95 Chave Blanc?- nailed it!
