Consumed at a restaurant. The bottle was open for 30+ minutes. A sip right after it was opened was not that good. It needed a little time. Maybe, 30 minutes was not enough. I cannot explain why I seem to be having a better experience with this wine than is the case with other tasters. It is right on top of other Martinelli G&L wines I have had in my Wine Room.

Open for most of an hour in a restaurant. That was enough. It was great from the first sip. Classic Zin.

No smoke taint on that. Or at least not precipitable to me. Maybe some warm cinnamon oak, tastiness. Label used to ship fruit during prohibition.
