  Best after getting air in bottle for 1 hour. Red fruit driven, nice acidity. Flexible food or cocktail wine.

  WoW. Decanted one hour and drank over another hour. Dark color. First sip is full mouthfeel. Nice structure & extraction. Probably the best lower priced StE I’ve had and I’ve had many. Full but nice structure. This is a no brainer wine. Better than Barde Haut at half the price.

  Al naso media intensità di profumi. Frutti a bacca nera, leggermente speziato ed accenni di terziari ottimamente amalgamati. Al palato buonissima struttura. Corposo, fine ed elegante. Tannini levigati ed ottimo equilibrio rendono la beva davvero piacevole e persistente. Un'ottima scelta.

  Drank alongside a 2019 Château Mangot as comparison. Extremely shy on the nose; offers plum, raspberry, crushed gravel and white pepper. A bit more alive on the palate, growing in glass as well, gaining some depth and robustness. Satin texture, medium body, rustic chalky tannins. Red fruit, dusty and earthy, with hints of pepper and licorice in the finish.
