Slightly better than the bottle I had two months ago. The nose was floral. The palate was white flowers, lemon, pear and a hint of pineapple. The finish was moderate. Served with a platter of sushi.

With Sunday night sushi. This was better than the bottles that I had last year. The nose was floral and citrus. The palate was pear, melon, citrus and hints of vanilla which came out on the finish.

With Sunday Night sushi slightly better than the bottle I had 6 weeks ago with the difference being that the citrus was more pronounced - enjoyable with a slight citrus nose a palate that was pear, melon, citrus and a hint of oak. A moderate finish.

Nose of lemon / lime, subtle butter and cream aromas, a touch of toast. On the palate, this seemed a bit simplistic and prosaic at first but really improved after an hour or spoof opening. Softened, opened and revealed some nice shellfish, salty, crushed rock minerality on the finish.
