4th Saturday Brown Bagger (EBCC): Double blind. Notes of chocolate, black cherry and herbs. Flavors of red berry fruit, chocolate and soy. Very nice. Guessed syrah. (J&L)

Taste: The feel Full bodied with medium acidity and medium+ tannins. The feel is plush and balanced with black cherries, black raspberries, blackberries, kirsch, licorice, violets, and spice notes.
Overall: This is drinking perfectly right now. Any rough edges have smoothed out and the fruit is rich without being overdone.

Last year, Keithakers got this one right. I very much appreciate his well-chosen words. "Violets" galore, though at peak.

Just fresh and fruity, but hefty at the same time. Spring Valley never fails, so in love with all of these wines....

In peak form now! Silky tannins, lots of fruit left, incredible balance. Not a trace of heat.
