  Not drunk since purchase, at the time I really appreciated the finesse of the tannins. Well, I enjoyed this wine, not decanted, which has not evolved much with aeration. The aromatic aspect is not its strong point, as it lacks a bit of fruit, leaning more towards leather, menthol, hints of bell pepper, and a background of plum. However, in the mouth, it has volume and tension, with ultra-fine tannins that stretch the palate, with those same notes of leather, menthol, bell pepper, and plum in the background. So yes, it lacks a bit of depth and fruit to play a leading role, but honestly, it's quite enjoyable, carried by a very beautiful structure."
  
  Pas bu depuis l'achat, j'avais à l'époque beaucoup aimé la finesse des tanins. Eh bien, j'ai pris du plaisir sur ce vin, non carafé et qui a assez peu évolué à l'aération. L'aromatique n'est pas son point fort, car on manque un peu de fruit, on est plutôt sur cuir, menthol, note de poivron, fond de prune. En revanche en bouche on a du volume et de la tension, avec des tanins ultra-fins qui étirent la bouche, sur ces mêmes notes de cuir, mentholé, poivron et fond prune. Alors oui cela manque un peu de fond et de fruit pour jouer les premiers rôles mais franchement c'est bien agréable porté par la structure qui est très belle.

  Garnet with orange rim pleasing to look at in the glass. Green pepper, Grass clippings, sage brush andJuniper.
  
  This is all about the silky tannins and fruit cutting acidity mid palate/tongue. Black currant and plum.

  Farge: dyp rød, teglrød i kanten.
  Duft: noe animalsk, kjeller, hint av tobakk
  Smak, kraftige tanniner, veldig frisk, medium fyldig. Hint av tobakk, myggel og fat i ettersmak. Lang, men svak.
  Note:Noe myggel på kork.
  Mat: god til parmesan

  Pale garnet in the glass, bit cloudy, hint of fruit up front but not much else, driven by wood and green herbs, finish falls off almost immediately. LoB12 tasting.
