Mount Mary New Releases; 10/22/2021-10/29/2021: Mealy, lemon, yellow florals and smoky toasty notes. Palate is sweet at the edges, but seems fairly well controlled. Pretty good length and overall balance. It is early days but doesn't seem have the depth or purity of my favourite vintages but I still liked it.

Intense, piercing nose of wet river stones, peach, a gentle burnt match aroma, and a slightly cheesy/lactic note. A hit of oak is noticeable, but not overdone.
Relatively subdued on the palate by comparison, yet it still possesses substantial length. There’s a constant push of flavour from beginning to end, rather than a hump at the entry and tail. Perfect acid balance. Very nice.

Mount Mary Tasting - Langtons (Virtual with samples sent): Intense nose. Green gold in glass. Pineapple, Mango, Lychee upfront - broad mouth feel. Dry and gentler finish with lemon acidity. More tropical than expected
