Restrained sour cherry nose, with a slight pleasant funk. Light/medium body, elegant balance of fruit and acid with a long finish. Could be classic in a few years if the fruit holds.

Go West! Tasting (The QEII Centre, Westminster, London): A step up from all the previous wines, more intensity, more oak but in balance, the fruit is ripe, the palate is gorgeous, ethereal texture, ripe red fruit, nice tannins, long finish

One of the better single vineyard wines from WVV. Nice fruit and long finish. Wine is still in a nice drinking window.

Well made, leaning to the Old World style, but nothing stands out.
