deep dark almost opaque. Nose is full of torrefaction notes: coffee, roasted cocao, vanilla with some blueberry, light cassis, cherry and savory herbaceous notes. Medium body, slightly silky on the palate. Higher acidity, but hey that's Washington. It's not Bordeaux, it's not Napa. Well done.

Gorgeous nose, nicely fruited, fine tannins, decent finish - unfortunately this fell apart as the night went on and was not drinkable the next day. That being - maybe it was an off bottle and I would be willing to try again.

Drinking nicely. Red and purple fruit and nice round tannins. Some oak, but welll integrated and resdy to go. Not built for the long haul, so enjoy these now.

This bottle seemed a bit off from others recently.
