  • This is round and sweet on the palate with a luxurious mouthfeel more reminiscent of luxury Napa Valley bottles, but on a smaller frame and better acidity. Earlier there was something slightly artificial (Meiomi-esque) but was present in such a low quantity it didn't detract from the wine too much. At this stage of it's evolution, there is no sign of artificiality, just a HIGHLY polished wine that should be the darling of many a steak house. 91

  • Nice nose, loaded with ripe plum and dark berry fruits and an obvious lashing of oak. This is really quite good, but there is TCA on the palate. Can't wait to taste a sound bottle!
