Fantastically aromatic with loads of sandalwood incense, Asian spice box, animale, black and red cherries. Med-full bodied, this is loaded with pure, sweet, ripe red and black cherry fruit, spice and a bit of horehound candy. This finishes with very bright acidity to give structure where the light tannins don't. Excellent now, this is a beautiful wine to behold, I just wish it had a bit more depth and structure. 92

After extensive airing, this is finally showing. Sour cherries, leather and herbs and spice on the nose. Medium-bodied and taut, this is high acid with moderate tannin and flavors of black and sour cherries, red plum, leather and rust. Drink now-2028 91

Nice nose of sweet, creme de cassis, black and wild blueberry, spice box and pain grille. Medium-bodied and quite dry. Savory black fruits and a bit of salty minerality in the finish. Might improve with a few more years. Drink now-2030 90
