Drank from Bin East 23. $31.50 in cellar since July 2019. Light oak and floral nose. Sparkling medium yellow. Dry light oak presentation some acid and dry oak finish. Little fruit at this time. 5/10.

Apricot and peach, there is an acidic backbone here. Finish was medium. Very easy to drink Very nice with chicken under a brick. The acidity cut into the char of the chicken skin. Not quite up to previous vintages, but very nice.

The muted nose offers pure aromas of honeydew, lily, white tea, tangerine pith and lemon icing. The medium body offers an acid profile that is highly pronounced for the variety, slightly corse in a way that contributes towards a nice backbone that completes an otherwise elegant structure. Flavors include sweet lemon, white peach and mild kelp. It's a high quality wine that lacks any interesting or substantive punch. I've had better vintages of this wine.

Translucent pale straw in glass
Dry peach and lemon with a hint of mineral. Clean acidity and lengthy finish make for a beautiful balance
