I was completely blown away by this, and how well it was showing at age 10. This was given to me by a family friend who often has amazing wines, but just isn't that into many of them. I wouldn't have been brave enough to let this age this long, but I'm sure glad she did! Bright, clear pale yellow - no signs of age, visually. The nose was restrained, but the palate showed beautifully balanced white peach, papaya and mineral notes, with a touch of citrus rounding things out. Long finish, and brightly acidic, but still rich in texture. Just an amazing wine, and a complete shocker for me.

Served blind this had me confused. Massive lime and honey initially had me guessing Loire but the acid wasn't high enough. Had some seashells/saline notes along with the honey had me on Oregon for a Chardonnay. But some cheese funk and tropical fruit had me in the Rhone. Has some life left. Fun sip.

Drinking well, excellent balance of subtle buttery notes with a small amount of sweetness and some nice fruit and acid notes

Past it's prime. Drink now or toss as this once proud wine has been brought to it's knees with oxidation.
