Drinking beautifully. Has some candied apple, honey and toast on the nose. In the mouth it is waxy with some exotic fruit flavours. The oak is high quality and adds a touch of spice to the palate profile. There’s still good acidity and it finishes clean and dry leaving a savoury footprint once swallowed.

Alcohol :: 13.5% Powerful nose with creamy vanilla, buttery oak, herbish with touch of alcohol. Full bodied, the powerful and intense palate show super rich, luscious mouth feel with enormous concentration of ripe yellow fruits like pineapple, peaches all well-balance by the lovely minerality and toasted oak that resulted in good sense of purity and elegance. It is so rich that almost oily in texture but when it is about to hit the oily point, it quickly turn into dried, clean, long spicy finish with soft mineral nuances. This has good depth and complexity, very nice indeed. Buy - Maybe.

Phoenix eRP Offline - Whites (Backstreet Wine Salon, Phoenix): Pears and caramel. Rice richness in the mid palate. Pretty finish that lingers in the mouth. Very fruit forward.
