Crazy biscuit yeast nose, sadly flat, but the flavors are really nice, buttery and creamy.

Epic Bordeaux for an Epic Birthday!; 9/1/2021-9/12/2021 (Paris & Bordeaux): Very aged champagne. It’s mostly more acid now although some roundness I guess as well. A bit tired but it should be with that. Still enjoyable to try and drink.
