This is one of the ottles that I rec'd for volunterring at the bottling. At this point its history but a good learning experience. Deep gold, comparable to an older sauterne. Nose is off but not corked. Light scents of a boytrised note. Very dry finish, some citris fruits.

Cost $2 per ounce or about $35 per bottle. Medium golden colour. The taste is flavourful and diverse and full. The finish lingers long, for a white. The best white from Washington I've tasted so far, by far. Surprising longevity. Very good (85.5).

No tasting note recorded. Last tasting was almost three years ago, and it has declined somewhat since. The wood component is more prominent now since the fruit has receded.
